​U10 COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS  

September 11th, 2023 – June 21st, 2024


Registration in a competitive program is a full commitment for the 10 month program, with the exception of the Little Aces program which is offered in 2 Session options, regardless if paid in full or on the installment plan. Fees outlined are based on a 10 month commitment. Players who do not complete the academy year or who only participate for a short term will be charged on a short rate basis. All requests are to be in writing (email) and to be arranged through our administrative manager only. Missed sessions due to sickness, injuries, vacations, weather or other reasons are not reimbursed. All efforts are made to provide an opportunity for make-up classes within the program, if space is available.

INSTALLMENT PLANS AVAILABLE FOR FULL-YEAR PROGRAMS:

Pay in Full: receive a 5% discount  OR  Instalment Plan of  3 or 9 payments:
* Little Aces (Full Year/10 months) 3 payments
* Futures Team & Champions Team (Full Year/10 months) → 9 payments
 

Little Aces (10 months) 3 payments:

  • 50% of fees - Due on registration
  • 25% of fees - October 13, 2023
  • 25% of fees - November 13, 2023

Futures Team & Champions Team → 9 payments:

  • 20% of fees -  due on registration
  • 10% of fees - October 13, 20223
  • 10% of fees - November 13, 2023
  • 10% of fees - December 13, 2023
  • 10% of fees - January 13, 2024
  • 10% of fees - February 13, 2024
  • 10% of fees - March 13, 2024
  • 10% of fees - April 13, 2024
  • 10% of fees - May 13, 2024

** IMPORTANT **

  • All players are required to pay a monthly 'Access Fee' to be permitted entry into the club
  • All fees must be arranged with Cedar Springs as soon as your registration has been finalized with ACE. 
  • Any delay will result in your child not being allowed to enter the facility

Cancellations Competitive Programs:  The competitive program is a full 10/12 month commitment, regardless if paid in full or on instalment plan. If a registered player leaves before the program ends for personal or other reasons, they will still be responsible for full payment of fees including Cedar Springs Club Bronze and Gold Membership fee.  Ace will regard each circumstance and if able to fill your vacant spot, remaining fees might not be charged except for a $300 administration fee. Remaining Membership fee with Cedar Springs Club needs to be handled separate with the club.

Programs do not run on statutory holidays:

  • Apr 1, 2024 -  Easter Monday 
  • May 20, 2024 - Monday - Victoria Day

► ACE Academy hosts 2 ITF events (Fall 2023 and Spring 2024)
During these ITF events, players schedules will be modified with additional fitness components - players will also have the opportunity to watch matches with the coaches to learn tactics.

Little Aces Team is for younger players who have already been exposed to the fundamentals of tennis and are able to rally over the net. 
The program is offered as a full year program (39 weeks) / or in 2 sessions, and players are required to participate in the program a minimum of 2 days per week.

FUTURES TEAM

The Futures Team is a full year program for players who are transitioning from Little Aces Team and will begin competing in events. Players are required to participate in the program a minimum of 3 times per week.

When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:30 -  7:30pm. Format; fitness 5:30pm - 6pm, tennis 6pm - 7:30pm

The Champions Team is a full year program for players age 8-10 who are interested in acquiring the required skills and tactics for full court (green ball) high performance tournament tennis. Players are required to participate in the program a minimum of 3 times per week.

When: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Format; tennis 4:30pm - 6pm, fitness 6pm - 6:30pm.
