Progressive 1 (Ages 5–7)
Progressive 1 is the first independent stage of our Learn to Play pathway, where young players are introduced to the basics of tennis in a fun and age-appropriate way. Using mini courts (12 metres), mini nets and low-compression red balls, children develop coordination, grip, footwork, and simple stroke techniques. The program emphasizes enjoyment and confidence while building a strong foundation
