Programs do not run on statutory holidays:
- Thanksgiving: Mon Oct 9, 2023
- Christmas Break: Dec 23, 2023 - Jan 7, 2024
- Family Day: Mon Feb 19, 2024
- March Break: March 11 - 17, 2024
- Good Friday: Fri Mar 29, 2024
- Easter Sunday: Sun Mar 31, 2024
- Victoria Day: Mon May 20, 2024

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations must be requested two weeks prior to the first day of the program for a refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.
- Requests within the two week period will not be refunded.
- Missed sessions due to sickness, injuries, vacations or other reasons are not reimbursed. Pro-rated fees are not offered for days absent, or other full services not utilized. Full fees are due and payable if a child is registered and attends any part of the program.
